I am Sahara and this is Diva's Low Carb Kitchen!
I am a new to this low carb journey and so far I love it!!
I have been on a weightless journey since September 3rd and to date I have lost 68.2 lbs. I decided to start low carb because I had hit a plateau where I hadn't lost weight in about a month and a half. I figured it was time to switch things up since my body had gotten comfy.
Enter me googling everything that I know about low carb. The first week of low carb was okay. I stuck mainly to meats, veggies, and some diary. I experienced the God awful symptoms of low carb like fatigue, headaches, and being irritable.
After a few days though, everything balanced itself out and I found my groove. I began to love low carb so much that I decided to create a blog showcasing some of my low carb recipes from my weightloss Instagram!
